The application process: 

1. To be considered for the YES! program, you are 14 to 19 years old at the beginning of June 2016.

2. Check the program dates and times for your availability.

3. The application consists of short-answer questions that ask about your interest in and availability for the program 

4. Upon your acceptance to the program, we will also ask that you sign a photo release form and a Release and Indemnity Agreement.

Complete the application questions (below) and submit them by May 13, 2016.    First, try filling the application online at
